Thomas Jacob is the Managing Director of K2 Group, a privately held investment firm with a strategic focus on real estate, hospitality, and alternative assets. He leads the firm’s investment strategy and operations across North America, with a disciplined approach to value creation, capital preservation, and operational excellence.

A seasoned investor and operator, Thomas has co-founded and scaled multiple ventures across energy, consumer, and technology sectors. He is a founding partner and investor of Sunly Energy and remains active in venture and growth-stage investing through direct investments and collaborative ventures where he plays an active role in accelerating growth and unlocking enterprise value.

Thomas is a QuantumShift Fellow from Ivey Business School, holds a degree in International Economics & Business Management, and is currently completing the Owner/President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School. He is a member of YPO and actively supports philanthropic initiatives across Canada.
