Robert S. Reichmann is the President of ReRo, a third-generation family office built on a single conviction: that the outer world is a reflection of the inner one, and that capital — placed in the right hands, at the right moment — multiplies soul.

ReRo’s work spans two expressions of the same belief. Through its investment activities, it works alongside exceptional operators and global partners who share its values not as abstraction but as lived orientation. Through its philanthropy, it supports the communities, institutions, and ideas that advance a more purposeful and connected world.

Robert writes, speaks, and delivers workshops translating Torah wisdom — ancient, precise, and universally relevant — into the questions that define our moment.

Previously he was Founder and co-CEO of Workmode, an on-demand coworking startup. Prior to that, Founder and CEO of Visr, an AI-powered child-wellness company (acquired), and co-founder of KamaTech, a hareidi employment non-profit based in Israel.

Driven by his Jewish faith, Robert is guided by gratitude for the opportunities he has been given — and by responsibility to use them well.

Robert serves on the boards of Canadian Friends of JCT and KamaTech. He holds an MBA from Bar-Ilan University.
