Hunter Milborne is a Canadian real estate entrepreneur and philanthropist known for founding The Milborne Real Estate Group (https://milborne.com/) and investing in Sotheby’s International Realty master franchises, land developments, condominium projects and technology companies.

He is also the co-founder of World Housing (https://worldhousing.org/) , a non-profit that has provided more than 4,500 homes for people living in developing world slums in Cambodia, Manilla, Haiti, Mexico, El Salvador, Columbia and Brazil.

Hunter founded the Milborne Real Estate Group, a new condominium broker, in 1976. Named the “dean of condos” by Canadian Business Magazine, Milborne is recognized as the world leader in the design, marketing and sale of new condominium projects having sold more than 150,000 condominiums representing more than 900 developers for the sale value of over $50 billion with projects located in Canada, United States, Europe, the Caribbean, and the Middle East. His expertise spans all areas of residential and mixed-use real estate developments, including luxury hi rise, mixed use residential, destination resort villages, master planned golf communities, branded hotel-condominiums, condominium conversions and large scale, mixed use, multi-phased urban master plans.

Hunter is a principal investor in land development and mixed-use projects where he currently has more than 12 million buildable square feet under development in Ontario, British Columbia, and Florida.

Hunter is an active investor in the property technology sector with a focus on adding capital and expertise to grow proptech startups applying digital innovation to the real estate sector.
