Mr. Elie Nour, CFP, CIM
Driven by his passion for the investment world, Elie joined the wealth management industry in 2005 with Berkshire Securities. After Manulife Securities acquired Berkshire in 2007, he kept growing his practice and building his reputation as an advisor, attracting several advisors seeking his mentorship.
Due to his disciplined and conservative approach to investing, Elie delivered the right downside protection strategies that helped protect his clients’ retirement assets during the crisis of 2008-2009, which led him to emerge as Manulife’s Top Producer in Canada from 2009 and onwards.
Manulife presented Elie with the “Ovation Award.” This award is the most prestigious recognition given to an advisor. It recognizes an individual with an outstanding business achievement ranking as a Top Advisor for ten consecutive years.
A Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®), Elie has been a mainstay in the Wealth Professional Top 50 Canada’s Best Advisors’ poll since 2014. He was also nominated and was one of the finalists at the Wealth Professional Annual Gala for the “Young Gun of the Year Award” in 2016 and for the “Advisor of the Year Award” every year since 2017.
In 2013, he created NPW and currently leads a team of qualified, experienced professionals, providing exclusive financial services solutions for high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, family trusts, private charitable foundations, and estates across nine provinces in Canada. NPW is recognized as a leading wealth management provider with an excellent track record, abundant testimonials from its client base, and numerous prestigious awards.
Elie is a member of the Forbes Finance Council, the Executive Advisory Council for Fidelity, and the Advisory Council for the Faculty of Music at the University of Toronto.
On a personal level, Elie believes strongly in giving back to the community. He supports several organizations that raise awareness of the importance of good mental health and that challenge taboos associated with mental disorders. Other charities he supports include: Notte in Bianco, Let’s Bond, Cedars Cancer Foundation, War Child and several Humane Societies.
