Lindsay Stollery Jephcott (MBA, ICD.D) is a business leader, investor, and board director with over 20 years of experience across real estate, mining, oil and gas, golf, capital markets, family office and not-for-profit sector. A lifelong entrepreneur, she has built and supported businesses across Canada, bringing a disciplined, long-term approach to investment and growth.

She previously served as Chief Investment Officer for the Angus Glen and Kylemore group of companies, overseeing a diverse portfolio of assets and driving strategic capital allocation.

In 2023, Lindsay co-founded Lume Women + Health alongside three physicians—a Toronto-based clinic redefining women’s healthcare through proactive, evidence-based, and sex-specific medical assessments. As a founder, she plays a central role in shaping Lume’s strategy, partnerships, and national growth.

Lindsay has served on numerous boards and advisory committees and is deeply committed to philanthropy. Her efforts have supported leading Canadian institutions including Sunnybrook Hospital, Markham Stouffville Hospital, and Canada Company.

With deep roots across Canada, Lindsay continues to be an active investor and strategic advisor, focused on scaling impactful, purpose-driven organizations.
