Emily is a co-founder and head of brand marketing for Othership; otherworldly sauna and ice bath experiences. She’s also the head of product for Othership’s world renowned guided breathwork app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Prior to Othership, Emily received a Master’s in Health Science in Nutrition Communication to become a Registered Dietitian.

Emily’s mission at Othership is to contribute to a brand and products that help as many human beings as possible feel happy and healthy as they navigate the journey of life.
