Dr. Greg Appelt is the founder and President of Appelt Properties, the largest private owner of medical buildings in Canada. Greg started the company while still a practicing physician and under his leadership Appelt Properties has evolved into the nation’s foremost authority in the acquisition, development, and management of specialized medical real estate. Under his tenure, the company expanded into multi-family real estate and now acquires and develops both healthcare and multi-family real estate across the country.  From healthcare to multi-family rental, Appelt Properties now boasts a diverse portfolio spanning the Canadian landscape. Greg started his career as a pediatric allergist and immunologist but after developing his first medical building in 2010, he fell in love with real estate and shortly after founded Appelt Properties.

Dr. Appelt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and a Medical Doctorate, alongside being a distinguished fellow at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, specializing in allergy and clinical immunology.
