Bill is the national leader of the People in Deals & Human Capital Facilitation Services practice in Canada.   He has also been the National Human Capital Leader internally for PwC Canada.

Bill leads the delivery of both facilitation services and human capital advisory to C-level leaders and teams, management boards, entrepreneurs and private business owners across diverse industry sectors.  With more than 25 years of business and executive management experience, Bill has successfully led several companies and delivered many complex transformation programs.  He has held progressively senior executive roles with both multinational corporations and private businesses.

Bill holds in-depth Human Capital experience and has led and advised individuals, teams and organizations in many critical priority areas including: management of change cycles, leadership development, meaningful impact through communication, owner and organization alignment, merger and acquisition synergy, maximizing human capital value within business transformation, culture assessment/definition and talent identification.

As President/General Manager of a Canadian multinational in the retail/consumer sector, Bill provided leadership to an executive team who successfully delivered the largest integration initiative in the company’s history.  While Chief Operating Officer of one of the largest human capital consulting firms, Bill also led the nationwide Executive Coaching and Leadership Development Practice – working with leaders and teams across multiple industry sectors.  Bill also launched an entrepreneurial technology start-up venture that was recognized as one of the fastest emerging businesses in the country.
